Ghana: Logistics management

Target audience: In-service and aspiring aid workers from international and national aid organizations in logistics

Prerequisites:at least 6 month experience in a position of logistician. Level B2 minimum in English (according to European language levels Self Assessment Grid)

Objectives: To enable participants to ensure the maintenance and use of technical equipment: vehicle fleet, IT, energy, and telecommunications. Design the logistical requirements for the optimal operation of a project. Analyze and implement a logistics system. Know the supply chain procedures: purchase, transportation, storage and distribution.
